Vulpeak Interactive operates this website and keeps the email addresses submitted through its playtest application form.

What we collect

We store your email address, when you applied, the playtest you applied for, and whether you opted in to studio updates. We also keep a record of the consent wording you saw. Security checks use short lived request counters; the app does not keep a history of visitors’ IP addresses.

How we use it

Applying lets us contact you about your ProtoTank playtest application and invitations. The separate, optional studio updates checkbox lets us send occasional news about Vulpeak Interactive games, updates, releases, and future projects. You can apply without subscribing to studio updates.

Storage and access

Your application is stored privately on the studio’s host, encrypted using Windows account protection. It is accessible to the studio owner and is not available through the public website. We do not sell your address. The studio can export applications for selecting playtesters and for use with an email delivery provider.

Changing your mind

Future emails will include a personal link to manage your preferences. That link lets you stop studio update emails, withdraw your playtest application, or remove your email from the active list. We retain active applications while the playtest is being organized and studio subscriptions until you unsubscribe. When you remove your address, we retain an encrypted, keyed fingerprint to prevent someone from signing it up again. The fingerprint is not included in mailing exports. Rejoining requires the studio to review ownership and consent. An encrypted recovery copy may retain an earlier state until it is replaced; the studio must honor your latest preferences when restoring backups.

Cookies and infrastructure

We use one temporary security cookie when you submit a form. It expires after one hour and helps prevent cross site submissions. The app uses no advertising cookies, analytics, or third party fonts. Your connection passes through Cloudflare, which may process connection information and use security cookies to protect and deliver the site.
